Bruce Weins is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SEACOR. Mr. Weins served as Chief Accounting Officer from March 2015 through May 2017 and as Corporate Controller from July 2005 through February 2015. Mr. Weins served as Controller of Seabulk International, Inc. (“Seabulk”) from January 2005 through July 2005 when it merged with SEACOR. In addition, Mr. Weins is an officer and/or director of other SEACOR subsidiaries. Prior to joining Seabulk, Mr. Weins was an Audit Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he was employed from September 1995 through December 2004. Mr. Weins holds degrees in Economics from Florida State University and in Business from Florida Atlantic University.

Eric Fabrikant is Chief Executive Officer of SEACOR. Mr. Fabrikant served as Chief Operating Officer from 2015 to 2021, previously he was the Vice President of SEACOR from 2009 through 2015. Prior to joining SEACOR, he spent five years at Nabors Industries where he held various corporate and operational positions. Mr. Fabrikant graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S.B.A and currently sits on the Global Business Initiative Advisory Board for Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

William C. Long has been employed by SEACOR as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary since 2016. He has more than 20 years of executive, business and legal experience with global, publicly traded organizations. Before joining SEACOR, Mr. Long served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. and GulfMark Offshore Inc. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to the State Bar of Florida as authorized House Counsel. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Mr. Long is also a former Certified Engineer-In-Training by the Texas State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers. He received his BBA, Management Information Systems (summa cum laude) and MBA, International Business from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and his Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) from the University of Houston Law Center.

Scott Weber is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Finance. He joined SEACOR in 2012 and focuses on strategy formation, capital allocation and balance sheet management. In addition, he serves as a generalist sourcing, evaluating, financing, and helping manage investments across SEACOR divisions. Prior to joining SEACOR, Mr. Weber served as a publishing analyst on the Institutional Investor-ranked Merrill Lynch transportation research team. Previously, Mr. Weber worked as an associate, investing across industries in event‐driven equities, distressed debt and private deals while at investment firm Oppenheimer & Close, LLC. Mr. Weber has an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S. from Georgetown University.

Lisa Manekin is the Treasurer of SEACOR. From May 2007 through November 2008, Ms. Manekin was the Assistant Treasurer of SEACOR. Prior to SEACOR, Ms. Manekin worked for ten years at Ryder System, Inc. most recently as a Senior Manager in Corporate Accounting. Prior to that she was a Senior Auditor for Price Waterhouse LLP. Ms. Manekin is a Florida Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
